• 2010 - filed U.S. and international patent application.    

• 2010 - successfully continued with reuse of treated and disinfected water for irrigation from single home and multiple-home aerated wastewater treatment systems.

• 2005-2010 – continued problem-free operation after solving problem of failing septic system with stinky, wet leach field in a Moreland Hills, Ohio residence. Owner is now enjoying perodically mowing the healthy grass growing on the dry leach field.
  

• 2005-2010 – continued problem-free operation after solving major odor problem caused by and old aerated treatment unit in a Gates Mills residence.

• 2009 - successfully completed two-year long treatment studies of wastewater in grease interceptors in different locations, nationally and internationally, demonstrating controlled levels of dissolved fats, oils and grease (FOG) in effluent, and hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) both in effluent and in interceptor head space. 

• 2009 - filed provisional patent application

• 2009 - successfully concluded five-year test at city of Broadview Heights, eliminating odor and FOG in a 300,000-500,000 GPD lift station

• 2009 - successfully concluded a six-month test to demonstrate significant reduction of sludge produced by an existing wastewater treatment plant when IMET wastewater treatment systems were used for rehabilitation.

• 2009 - concluded a three-year test to demonstration two-fold capacity increase for existing wastewater treatment plant for a coastal town of 3500 population in Turkey.
   
• 2008 - installed demonstration units to show economic and effective potable water purification at point of use, promising significant sales.
  
  
• 2008 - launches international sales of microorganisms for successful applications in dosing troublesome wastewater treatment facilities.
  
  
• 2008 - launches international sales of specialty aeration devices in successful rehabilitation of existing municipal wastewater treatment systems.
  
  
• 2008 – launches international wastewater treatment with installation of several  wastewater treatment systems at Mediterranean Sea coastal residences, resorts, and small municipalities.

• 2005 – Niagara Environmental Technologies LLC continues exclusively to design and build wastewater treatment units for NFTI (Niagara Environmental Technologies is located in the Collinwood neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio).
