Mr. Gencer has over twenty-five years experience in the chemical industry, encompassing all phases of new technology and product development, market analysis and development, and product commercialization.  
 
Born in Turkey, Mr. Gencer received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Ege University, Izmir, Turkey; Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA; and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. He holds four patents, one patent pending and has published several technical papers.
 
Mr. Gencer’s past and present professional and organizational affiliations include Center for Waste Reduction Technologies as past chair and Steering Team member; Renewable Resources 2020 as Executive Steering Committee member; The University of Akron as Dean of Engineering Advisory Council; Council for Chemical Research; Polymer Program at Georgia Institute of Technology, Cleveland Roundtable, International Community Council Board of Trustees; Broadview Heights Lions Club; and past President, Turkish American Society of Northeast Ohio.   
Remembering Ed Keshock
Edward George Keshock (1935-2010)
 
Ed Keshock was a dear friend and associate who will be greatly missed for his genuine kindness, brilliant mind, professionalism, and willing service. He was chairman of mechanical engineering at Cleveland State University, where he originated and served as Director of the Design and Innovation Center. He was a nuclear consultant from Tennessee to China, a long-time honorary consul for Slovakia, 15-year president of Cleveland-Bratislava Sister Cities, he specialized in fluid flow and heat transfer in space vehicles during years with NASA at its Plum Brook reactor and Lewis Research Center. He spoke or taught in many foreign countries, including China, Chile, Korea, Singapore, Siberia, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Croatia, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Germany and Slovakia; once as a Fulbright scholar. He earned at least 20 patents.
 
Ed was a board member of Cleveland International Community Council and the Mayor’s International Advisory Board. In 1999 Ed became one of the country’s first honorary consuls.
 
 
Mr. Zakriski has forty years experience in the chemical industry. He has broad technical expertise in materials formulations and applications in the coatings, lubricants, personal care and textiles industries.
 
Mr. Zakriski received his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY; and Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH.
 
Mr. Zakriski's professional affiliations include the American Society of Testing Materials, Rubber Manufacturers Association, and the Society of Plastics Industries.
 
Douglas Congdon
Mr. Congdon has over 24 years experience in the Finance and Sales industry. He has extensive operational knowledge within the Finance and Medical Equipment industries and has been involved in new product development and implementation.
 
Mr. Congdon received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gettysburg College, Gettysburg, PA and was employed with Mellon Financial Services for 16 years and Electric Mobility Corporation for 8 years.  He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and the New Jersey Water Association.
 
Mr. Congdon has also worked in Turkey alongside the International Red Cross, The International Red Crescent, and other international relief organizations in establishing clean drinking water immediately after the 1999 earthquake
Ms. Mills has been involved in the chemical industry for over twenty-five years, with experience in business management, project planning, market research, technical support, web page development, bookkeeping, and computer training.
